Who Am I?
My name is Charlotte Winslow and I'm 20 years old. Ever since I was 13, I have been on my fitness journey. Why so young you ask? I truly believe anyone of any age can start eating healthy and living an active life. My situation however, was a bit different than the usual. In the summer of 2008 I was diagnosed with viral meningitis and pneumonia in my right lung. Because of this, I was put into intensive care and on medicinal steroids. This resulted in a 30 pound weight gain within one month. Yep, just one month. Being a normal and healthy teen, this was a huge change for me and my body. I was bullied relentlessly at school for "looking pregnant", and I no longer felt comfortable in my body. I didn't do this to myself and it wasn't who I was.
This sparked my motivation to bring myself back to the person that I used to be. I got involved with healthy eating and exercise, lost the 30lbs in 3 months and the rest is history!
Where Do My Ebooks Fall Into This?

They are a conglomerate of the BEST practices I have found to lose weight and keep it off on my 7 year journey so far with my body and health. I truly believe experience is the best teacher. I was a healthy omnivore for many years, but since September 2015 I have been a vegan, so I am so excited to announce I also now have a vegan version of my best-selling One Month Makeover ebook! My One Month Makeover (omnivore or vegan) comes with a full week of exercises and a meal plan that you follow for the 4 weeks of the month. These are the exact workouts I do, and the same style of eating I follow at home. I find this to be a GREAT plan to follow and introduction for anyone who's wanting to lose weight, and femininely tone up like I have.
My Booty Blaster plan is strictly a workout plan for building your booty! It has 31 days of workouts specifically structured for increasing the size of your butt and toning it up, while keeping your thighs small! I myself have never wanted to have big thighs, and I always found so many workouts for your butt, also built your thighs. This was not personally my goal, so I created my own routine that spot focuses on the glutes to build them, not the thighs. :)
ONE MONTH MAKEOVER (Omnivore)
The meal plan portion of this plan option is omnivorous. The workouts in this omnivore One Month Makeover have more intense strength training compared to the vegan version, but still contain cardio. ONE MONTH MAKEOVER (Vegan)
The meal plan portion of this plan is completely vegan. The workouts in this vegan One Month Makeover compared to the omnivore one are more cardio based, but still contain strength training. This plan is a butt targeting booty blaster to help increase, tone, and blast your booty into shape! In plan contains 31 days of butt workouts, with over 90 unique butt exercises. Each daily workout runs 7-10 minutes. Because it focuses on your butt and not your thighs, your thighs will not bulk when using the Booty Blaster. The Booty Blaster works BEST in combination with the One Month Makeover.
